Will the omission of sugar-free gelatin cause my vodka cranberry mold to not set?

The recipe calls for sugar-free cranberry jell-o. The problem is I can’t find it. Is there some kind of chemical reaction between vodka and sugar gelatin that would not allow the mold to set properly if I used regular gelatin instead of sugar free?
