2. Consult with a medical professional. This one way to be sure that any generic diet pill is as safe and effective as the brand name. If you are unsure, and an advertisement seems too good to be true, get a professional opinion. Just because something is made from natural ingredients does not mean that it is safe or healthy.
3. Be aware that some websites do sell generic versions of brand name drugs that are either not FDA approved or not actually the same as the brand name medications. Be sure that you only purchase medications including weight loss supplements from a credible website.
