What is the best way to make a low fat chicken pasta or taco salad?

Staying fit and eating healthy is a must. I would like to prepare a low fat tasty meal for my parents and boyfriend. What is the best recipe for a low calorie chicken pasta or taco salad dish? What type if cheese should I use?

    I would make a pasta primavera dish using whole grain pasta (like rotini) with fresh veggies(tomatoes, zucchini, onions) and herbs (basil and garlic) and add grilled chicken strips(marinate them first in lemon olive oil)….www.recipezaar is my fave site to get recipes of ALL kinds!     Parmesan or asiago grated fresh and on the side!!
