I like your suggestions but aren’t some of those choices high in cholesterol?

I agree, and most people take what you have said personal when you state that fact.

  21. mwk200280 says:

Grains are one of the worst foods you can eat!

They are addictive and mess with your insulin and leptin balances, just try quitting cold turkey for a week and you will experience withdrawal symptoms similar to a smoker quitting cold, and they cause a wide range of disease and health issues.

If you can stay off grains for 2 or more weeks the cravings and headaches will diminish and stop over time.

  22. aboss115music says:

Would you like to know why. Before the refinement industries started, humans had no problem eating wheat and grains. Right smack when grains and sugars became refined, diabetes began. Shortly after humans continued consuming refined foods, they became deficient in B vitamins, killing their bacteria in the lower intestines, which takes part in gluten digestion, beginning celiacs. It is not natural to avoid grains, we just screwed up things so badly that now we lost our ability to digest it.

Infants DEFINITELY should not be touching ANY milk except from their own mother. Mother’s milk is perfectly designed for their infant.
