How do I make a sugar-free turtle Mocassippi from home?

I have found a place that sells the Torani Sugar free syrups and I have a blender and coffee maker.
I don’t have a recipe. I know they use carmel and hazelnut in the Turtle Mocasspippi but not sure what else or in what quantities.
