Can you get sugar free sweetened condensed milk anywhere?

I want to do a no bake cheesecake for a friend with blood sugar issues. Is there any good substitute for the sweetened condensed milk out there, that would be sugar free or low sugar?
I’ve searched my local stores, but I’m also in a rural area and we just don’t have as many options.

    I have never heard of anything like that Jil, but let me also give you a word of caution. A lot of that "sugar free" stuff is not carb free which is what someone with sugar issues will have to watch. Plus if it has sugar alcohols in it (most "sugar free" stuff does), not only will it spike their sugar, but it may have a laxative effect. Probably you should just get your friend a non food gift or just make him/her a sugar one but tell him/her to only eat a little piece. ; )
